UI and UX Checks

The system strongly discourages changing tabs or minimizing the screen. Each occurrence of this is recorded. If a candidate still continues to switch the tabs around, they are marked as “suspected”

Voice Biometrics

During the interview, we use a technique called diarization to understand if we are hearing multiple users or if the area is noisy etc. Based on this signal a candidate can be flagged.

Video Monitoring

For coding assessments we are monitoring eye movement tracking, face outside the screen, IP checks, multiple monitors, and similar other checks to see if the candidate is getting assistance from other sources.

Plagiarism Checks

We monitor if candidates are spewing verbatim from a foundation model. We also rate “generic” answers low which is one of the common patterns with LLM based responses. Truly lived experience by a candidate requires more names, anecdotes and real data. Such answers are marked higher by the system.

Document Verification

You can also request candidates to take a picture with their ID during the interview. This is an optional feature for customers who need early ID verification.

Human-in-the-loop sampling
